Home is well appointed with granite counters, large smart tv on swivel and extendable mount, fully equipped kitchen and bar, pots, pans, coffee press, coffee maker and Keurig, juicer, toaster, pizza pans, Instapot and a full bar with barware. 

Each bedroom has comfy beds with ample pillows. There is workout equipment including gym mats, light weights, perfect pushup tool, and a full machine for those who don't want to miss out on a workout.

The backyard space is fully fenced with ample seating and a large high end Weber gas grill.  Outdoor kitchen and bar featuring granite.  Sun sails over bar with accent lighting for night time ambiance and a separate concrete pad covered with sunsail for shade and lounging. There are pear trees, pecan tree, and fig tree in the backyard.

Outdoor games include darts, bocci ball, corn hole and tiki toss ring hook game.

IMPORTANT: Recycling goes into the large green bin. Regular trash can be placed into the dark green bin.  Please bring trash bin to bottom of driveway along roadside Sunday night for pickup early Monday morning.

Enjoy this simply designed 2 bedroom 2 bathroom beachside condo with a pool and bar/restaurant on site.  Conveniently located just 5 minutes from downtown Christiansted and minutes walking distance to grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants.  Snorkel from the beach or have cocktails and a bite to eat by the pool as you soak in the sun.
